Teenage wonderkids, Shadow brought the unbridled enthusiasm of the ungrownups to Seattle and Eastside rock stages of the era. Average age15, these guys were loudly fans of KISS and Angel City, and disciples of Seattle’s TKO. Sometimes called the Munedo of Metal. Reconfigured as a 3-piece in the mid-80’s, they relocated to LA to find fame and fortune for a time. The raw material of some impressive rock bonafides, Newcomb went on to play in Goodness and The Sugarmakers. McCready rocks the world with Pearl Jam on the regular.
