This rockin’ garage pop band released their Greatest Hits album in 2014, though their previous commercial output consisted entirely of the five songs on their 1989 Let’s Be Friends EP and a track on the Damned tribute album, Another Damned Seattle Compilation. Proof that you can write rock lyrics about anything at all, the Purdins songs include “Dazzling Bag of Paint Chips,” “Greg Brady,” and “Plane Flying Over My Head.”
